Q: How can we get a discount or a better price?
A: There are three ways to receive better pricing
• Buy More. With greater volume comes better pricing. Full containers receive the best price. Multiple container loads are even better.
• Become a Regular. After 3 successful orders we will put you on our preferred list giving you the absolute best prices.
• Buy a lower grade product. Some grades are not compatible for all markets. We offer multiple grades so you can find the right price point for your market
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes. Minimum order for samples is one bale. We can arrange shipping for an advance $250.00 administrative fee.
Q: Can you quote a shipping charge?

If you do not want to do this yourself, we charge a flat administrative $250.00 fee for arranging shipping. This is paid in advance and is non-refundable
In order to quote shipping we need 3 things:
Your Exact Order. Shipping is dependent on weight and dimensions of cargo. We cannot quote shipping unless we know exactly what you want to order.
Your destination port. Please note up to three ports can be simultaneously quoted

Q: How long does my order take to file?
A: On average most orders will be filled within 2-4 weeks of receiving the deposit. In rarer circumstances this can be up to 8 weeks when demand is high and supply is low.
Q: Can I visit the used clothing warehouse?
A: Yes! By appointment only Monday through Friday. We do not provide letters of invitation or coordinate any travel.
Q: Can I buy a container with jeans, shoes and clothes mixed?
A: Yes! We can build a container to your liking in most cases. For Example we can provide:
50% Shoes, 50% clothes
80% clothes, 10% shoes, 10% Kids Clothes
40% clothes, 40% shoes, 20% household mix
Mix loads are small bales only for clothing.
Q: What factors go into your grading process?
A: When grading clothing we first look at the vibrancy of the colors. Faded colors indicate older clothing. Brighter colors indicate newer better cared for clothing. Next we look for signs of physical damage and wear such as holes and tears. All our grading is done manually and as such is subject to some human error.
Q: Do you offer credit?
A: No.
Q: Can you ship to Africa, Europe, Middle East, Central or South America?

Q: How long does the container take to arrive?
A: It depends on the destination. Once you have a shipping quote you can easily ask how long the transport takes but we are typically seeing 30-50 days for most destinations
Q: Do you Sort by Brand, Size, men and women?
A: No we do not sort by Brand. No we do not sort by size. No we do not sort by men or women. A mix will be a mix. We do separate Adults and child clothing.
